kid songs: part 2
So little Miss L’s love of music sure hasn’t dwindled at all. If anything, it has grown immensely and now her dance moves are resembling those of mine (which means I dance like a 15-month old more than she dances like a 31-year old).
I thought I’d share a few more of her (as well as my) song favorites as of right now (and check Part 1 for more!):
Electric Car by They Might Be Giants (from the Here Comes Science album)
Walk Along the River by Laurie Berkner
Fits Right In by Robbie Schaefer
Lovely, Love My Family by The Roots
The Donkey Song by Sugar Chile Robinson

The “Electric Car” song is pretty catchy, and the entire TMBG “Here Comes Science” CD is awesome!

I’m not gonna lie. Electric Car is probably one of my favorite songs anywhere right now. ;)

Thank you for the song suggestions! We already love TMBG over here – but we’ll be adding the others to our must-listen-to list. We dig the Barenaked Ladies kids album and the Jack Johnson Curious George (as well as the classic Raffi/Sharon, Lois & Bram etc).
