inspiration in the strangest places!

Sometimes inspiration just pops up in the strangest places. Here I was looking for any sort of color scheme to tie together Martha Stewart’s Rosemary colored-paint with SOMETHING, and along comes this gorgeous painting from Jen Lobo as I browse Creature Comforts today.

The plan is to paint one wall in this color (a Mother’s Day present to Chris’ mom who shares the same name), and then repaint the other walls in the original neutrals (they’re a bit

dirty). But I desperately needed some way to tie a color scheme together, since I am completely rejecting the one MS Paint provided. Now I can rest easy that all is well with my ideas in blue! Thank goodness for inspiration!
