I’m a sucker for any bar that has these either behind the counter or on top of it.

The empty calories are annoying, but infused vodka is my scotch. On the rocks, thank you very much!

Sadly, I have no “infusion jar” at home to make anything properly, so instead I made use of my expiring pineapple by sticking it in some glass tupperware and pouring vodka one top. All I needed to do was strain out the pieces…. and wala… magic in a few simple ounces!

Perhaps during home ownership I can cultivate multiple flavors… and have my own little fruit bar…. summer martini party anyone???
