sandwich for dinner
I’m the first one to tell you I don’t like “sandwiches.” Outside of PB&J and grilled cheese, I stay far far away from them. It’s mainly the ingredients that throw me off, but when I came across this recipe, everything worked! (Well, except that I hate condiments… so Mr. M got mustard and I didn’t)
The only prep needed was to grill the steak on our Cuisinart indoor grill and grill the onions on the stove. The rest was just assembly… and it turned into a simple and yummy dinner.
