elderflower gimlet
There’s many a day when you want a cocktail that just makes you feel happy as you sip… and for some reason any drink with St. Germain does just that for me. Well, that and champagne…
Here’s a simple gimlet recipe that you’ll fall for instantly. I’d like to call it my current signature drink, but that would imply that my cocktail pallete runs far and wide (it so does not) and that I’ve had more than one signature drink outside of a Lemon Drop martini. So let’s just say that I’m really enamored with it and leave it at that!
Elderflower Gimlet
2 oz gin (Tanqueray or Bombay Sapphire)
1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Mix all parts in a cocktail shaker with ice and serve.

oh yes! Now, have you combined champagne and st. germain? because that is my favorite thing to drink in the summer (if I were made of money, I’d drink it all the time!)
